With a background in Business Administration and more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Kim brings a unique blend of business expertise and industry insight. She has successfully procured large state-funded contracts, guided clinicians through the complexities of launching thriving practices, and advised on best practices in human resources, employment law compliance, and business operations and client services.

Kim also embraces the role of technology—including the innovative use of artificial intelligence—to streamline processes and empower mental health providers to grow efficiently and effectively.

Beyond her professional mission, Kim is the very proud mom of a beautiful, smart, and fiercely independent little girl who is her greatest inspiration and “why” behind all she does. Kim strives every day to give her daughter an example to look up to—one built on integrity, compassion, and kindness. She believes that true success will be measured not by accolades, but by her daughter knowing she is, and always has been, the most important part of Kim’s life—unconditionally loved, accepted, and supported to become her fullest self.
